I know this is touchy subject but it is not what you think.
I went into BIOS to disable TPM so it does not show in Device Manager. I have done this in the past with no issues except on this Win 7. When I go to access it it tells me it needs supervisor password, I hit OK and it kicks me back to menu. I go up and set supervisor password, save and exit, enter pass and then go to TPM and disable it. I was thinking I could delete/remove the password after I was done. I go back up to supervisor password, it gives me option for new password so I enter old pass then new pass I assumed leaving blank would clear it. F10 and reboot pressing F2 and it goes to my multi boot screen. I 3 finger salute it and hold down F2, still bypasses BIOS. Is the Super pass non removable even if you know it?

I am going to power it down and remove the battery for a few hours and see if that helps.

    Leaving blank should clear it.

    Woohoo back to BIOS!
I had show F2 disabled on boot and worked fine. Still able to get to bios even though not displayed. I thought that might have screwed things up but I was able to get to BIOS with no password after leaving it alone a few hours.
