    Hi Everybody again.

I would like to inform everybody who face the same issue with this model CF52GDN30AG. May be this can work with other models of Panasonic, but must be checked. Actually I send question to Panasonic and they provides me simple information which solve this problem very fast and without touching what ever in the BIOS. That is not a hack or bios reverse engineering tool to edit bios inside. This is simple switch application with which you can choose from Native or Compatible mode of controller Intel ICH9. The only one differences which note that the controller is switched was appeared in information page of BIOS. Just in HDD line where the information is presented ends with (AHCI).

So officially this application can be downloaded from this link.

You need to prepare DOS or FreeDOS bootable USB or CD then run the application with instruction corresponding with your wishes. There is a ReadMe file who gives this information. Because it is a bit difficult to understand.. the option to enable AHCI is "native". The "compatible" option revert controller in standard PATA mode.

Think that this information was helpful and can help somebody who wants to keep his old hummer working :)
