I just reloaded my CF-52 SLGDD1M with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and used the factory all in one driver file off the Panasonic site. But now at idle CPU usage fluctuates between 4 and 24% and the memory usage of an 8 GB computer 24 to 28%. Is this normal? It seems high for a machine at idle. My CF-31 doesn't run this high nor do any other of my computers. It has nothing loaded on it other than the factory drivers and is current with Microsoft updates. It has between 62 and 73 processes running after boot up.

    Any ideas?

If you did ALL of the Microsoft updates, then MS spyware is running. Do you have the Win10 update icon in the task bar on the right? If you do, Win10 update is being downloaded in the background. It is large. Like several GB large.
Read the Win10 upgrade thread at the top of the list.

    Side note,
While the driver bundles are great, they are not as good as a recovery disk. The disks change other stuff in the BIOS and such. We have seen several issues which would not go away until a recovery disk was used.
    1 was a sound issue on a CF29
    2nd is a fan issue on a CF31.
