Hi guys, new to the forum, found you through tireless google searches.

I have read the stickies at the top of the page, and i understand this post might be treading on thin ice, but ive got to try.

After exhausting a search for a disassembly manual on google, i saw that some of you might have one available for email. I guess i dont have PM access because of my lack of post count, so here is #1.

At my job (Desktop/Notebook Tech for an Oil and Gas company) i got the wonderful assignment of getting the 20 something Toughbooks we have ready to put out into the field. However, our previous Network Security guy had these as his pet project. He is no longer with the company and wonderfully has not provided the bios password that he set on all 20 of these machines. Ive seen that i can reset it with the jumper on the mother board, however after about an hour of fighting with it on Friday i gave up and put it back together.

If you guys can provide me with a service manual, i would greatly appreciate it and it would make my job and my life a little easier.

the model numbers i have is CF-52GGNBX2M

i appreciate any help you can provide.

    Thanks,
    Dan

We never discuss bypassing passwords on the open forum. It might be our only rigid rule! Go into your profile, put your e-mail where we can see it and you might hear from someone. You can't PM until you have 15 posts.
