I cannot for the life of me figure out these drivers needed.
I have 2 devices that need drivers.
Intel Management Engine Interface. PCI_VEN_8086&DEV_2A44
PCI simple Communication Controller. PCI_VEN_8086&DEV_2A45
I installed the CSA Installer package but still get the driver wizard for PCI simple Communication Controller. I disabled the WWAN in the BIOS and the wizard still shows up on reboot.

Did you install ALL of the drivers directly from Panasonic?
I'm guessing not.
run this,
http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/unknown_devices.html -
PCI_VEN_8086&DEV_2A44
As far as I know the 8086 indicates Intel..Which will not have anything to do with WWAN
from here
http://www.pcidatabase.com/index.php
PCI_VEN_8086&DEV_2A44.....0x2A44.....Chip Number: Mobile 4 Series Chipset
Go here download ALL OF THE DRIVERS and install them as directed on the Panasonic site.

Yes all drivers from Panasonic. I loaded XP with the Panasonic factory restore disk. That is what is confusing.

What is your full model number ? could you get a screen shot of your device manager. I might have one here that I can compare it to.

Screen shot would be good,I have several 52G's right now to compare.
