So my customer tells me it worked fine last nite. Today it is black screen.
I get it and it powers up but no display, no bios, no boot,. I hear the fan is louder then normal.
External Monitor not working but customer has that disabled in bios.
A few hours later another customer of mine says his CF-52P has black screen and wont boot.

Pull DVD and anything else reachable. Try with one stick of ram at a time.

    W10?

    odd on a 52.

win10 update may have trashed the video hardware somehow.

No need to answer...but WHY do people ever disable external monitor in the BIOS?....argh

Do the lights indicate and hdd action?

I had 2 do that and also a couple with bad charging circuits. Too bad as they were really nice condition.
