My client wants an i5 CF-53 with the AT&T 4G cellular modem, 8 GB RAM and an SSD. They need it in the next couple of weeks. Their preferred vendor says that this is a special build, and will take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver. However, I can get a stock configuration 4 GB RAM and a conventional drive much sooner.

Is there any reason not to order the stock configuration along with aftermarket memory and SSD? I'm planning on using a Samsung 512GB 830 series drive, and a Crucial memory kit.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Yes,

Any custom builds coming from Panasonics main distribution centers are 6 - 8 weeks lead time.

Call me, I can get something to you ASAP for WAY LESS than getting it directly from Panasonic (For that config it's like $4,450). I have em in stock ready to ship as well!
