I just replaced my hard drive with a new one, but for some reason i can not install windows i tried using a bootable floppy and a CD but they wont run. I have Phoenix Version 4.0 release 06 Bios when i go into the setup utility main section i try to scroll down to change the boot sequence i can only scroll down to System Date if i scroll down further it skips the primary master and secondary master and ends up at NumLock. Is there any procedure to change the boot sequence? My floppy or CD do not work.

    Thanks.

You can change the boot sequence in the "security" section of the bios... :)
