I recently purchased a CF-72 Toughbook for the touchscreen capabilities. It was advertised as having no hard drive but when I got it it had no cable either. I have learned that is is not a basic IDE Cable. Does anyone know any mod or hack to keep me from purchasing a $90 cable?

I've lately been putting thought into making an inexpensive adapter cable to go from the CF28 mobo to a 44-pin IDE drive. If I ever come up with something that works, I could probably come up with solutions for other toughbooks as well. Don't get your hopes up for anything soon though!
