Hi I'm new here, with the same question...

I recently purchased a CF-C1BTFAZ1M, and I understand screen type is indicated by the letter T while other models might have a W instead, but I'm still searching for what exactly these letters signify!

System Properties claims "Pen and Touch Input Available" and the previously installed Wacom driver claims "This device is working properly."

I obtained the pen separately, but the screen doesn't respond, so I'll probably try re-installing the C1 drivers and/or Windows.

    Thanks! That does help!

I just uninstalled the Wacom driver, and
System Properties no longer claims Pen capabilities. :/

Another discussion here suggests digitizer is indicated by the letter D, so I guess T and W are both multi-touch. Anybody know what difference between T and W?

    I just built this one...

    Model Number:
    CF-C1ATAJZ1M
    Status:
    DISCONTINUED
    MSRP:
    $2,580
Description: Win7, Intel Core i5-520M 2.40GHz, vPro, 12.1" WXGA Multi Touch, 250GB, 2GB, Intel WiFi a/b/g/n, TPM, Bluetooth, 56k Modem (RJ11), Webcam, No Drive, Toughbook Preferred

I loaded the W7 Recovery Disk and then upgraded it to Win10... I still need to work on getting the screen rotation buttons working. I'm going to put a 500GB SSD in it and use it to stream my MP3s to my stereo system.

It has the stylus which would appear not to be a digitizer type... Unless it always stays on. I thought most digitizer styluses had a switch on them.

I do Karaoke out here sometimes... So it will be nice to have the words while singing too. Or, print them off for those who need it. Sort of multi-purpose!

That being good or bad is a matter of opinion I guess.

C'mon... Journey was huge! I think he has one of the best voices I have ever heard. He's up there with Robert Plant of Zepplin!

I know this is not a popular opinion, but I never liked Journey.

Of course I do like old black blues singers with horribly raspy voices.

yep ... steve perry was good ... just ask phil collins .
i would have liked to heard him and anne wilson together .
steve was too much of a perfectionist ... a lot of people just threw in the towel with him .

looked up on my CF-C1 :

that jupiter keyboard in the opening of "oh sherry" has always sounded "dirty" ... it is the design .
