I love my laptop but the screen is getting bad each day white dots are getting bigger and more all over the screen now

I already registered my toughbook and soon about to claim it's warranty but how's their service? how fast it is? this is my first time ever need to use a warranty on something I brought so I am worried a bit sending my laptop

Can't tell from a photo but those marks look like either greasy smudges - or polished patches on an anti-reflective surface, usually from too much cleaning with a dry cloth.

Can you tell which layer of the screen the marks are on? Sticking a tiny piece of tape near to one of the marks and then looking from different angles will help you see how close to the surface the marks are.

Opinions differ but I always breathe on screens (camera lenses too) and wipe gently with a clean microfibre cloth on the misted area, keep breathing on the rest of the screen, doing a little at a time. Even though I'm obsessively careful I still clean them as infrequently as I can.
Paper tissues are nowhere near soft enough to clean lenses or screens by the way.

I can't think of an electronic cause for your symptoms that doesn't involve water in the ports but maybe someone else has seen that before? If it were a CRT I'd degauss it, less familiar with LCD's.

edit: just found this on Panasonic's site, C2 has "IPS display with direct bonding" whatever that means. Camera lenses have used "bonded" elements since the earliest days (Canada balsam) and even modern bonding agents can fail.
Your screen doesn't look like it's separating though.

Its a common issue/problem from CF-t5 up to t8 even on W, R and Y series. Its a pressure mark on the back of the LCD. It causes in so many ways. One is, the LID cover pushes down into it, maybe from heavy load on a bag or case on top of the LID. Those LID is to thin eventhough it is supported by a sectional trusses but still it flex specially when the unit is hot. Metal expand when heated. Or maybe on the LCD itself inside the panel like the rubber dumper pushes hard the back of the LCD. I've got a few CF-t5, t7 and CF-T8 with same problem. What I do is open the LCD lid and look at the point where those white spot located. I've cut a few plastic materials that I know is to near to the LCD reflector and stop the white spot to spread around.

To answer your original question... If it is under warranty... Send it in! Panasonic is usually pretty quick for warranty repairs.

I have dots like that on some smart phones. When you push too hard on the screen it can damage the LCD. It most likely will not fix itself.

@ toughbook I hope you right about the warranty and I highly doubt this happened cause I was pressing the screen I don't even use it's touchscreen function..

If it is under warranty... They should fix it with no issues fairly quickly. I always got my stuff done fast.

I got one off of ebay awhile back that had these same marks and felt like it was from being closed with the screen on burn marks if you will...anyway sent it to Heartland and they replaced the main board touch and digitizer along with the screen. Pretty much everything but the ac adapter. Since it was a fairly new machine it took them 3 months to get the parts from Japan or wherever else they get em from. It was nice the fixed it no questions asked...cause the seller was a real and didn't want to refund the money.
