    Having searched EBay, and finding none.. Who has a HD ribbon cable they can spare? I only see one caddy for sale over there..

    Anyone know of another source of parts?

    I don't think www.heartlandsi.com stocks parts for the CF-M34 anymore but you can call them and ask. (913) 685-8855... There are a few other places on the web that sell parts for the Toughbook series but I think most handle the CF-28/29 as well as the CF-50/52 laptops. You can also try www.bobjohnson.com... Though I think he sells mostly 28/29 stuff.

    The only other place (and with the best prices) is ebay. You just have to be patient.

    EDIT: Nevermind... According to the schematics it is a 50 pin cable....

    No! Ed.. is asking for a hdd cable ribbon for m34 and fortunately I have one more stock and he don't want the caddy coz he got one alreaady but the hdd ca. is missing.

    I got that.... But isn't it the same ribbon cable that is used by the RIM pcb or the CD Drive?

    EDIT: But a little shorter...
