    A good source has low-hour CF-U1 MK2 units that are non-wireless (CF-U1K...) for sale. How difficult would it be to retrofit internal wifi into such units?

    I haven't met a Toughbook where wifi cannot beaded somehow. Usually all the stuff is there... You just need to add the card.
