Hi, i'm needing one flat cable, the one that'ss used to connect the hard drive to the motherboard, that goes inside the caddy, no need for heater plate, only the flat cable.

Anyone know where i can find one ? I just doesn't want to spend lots of money on a new caddy, when mine is perfect (exception made for the cable).

Just about ten thousand kilometers away, i live in Italy.

My yellowLid28 is finished, it's a mk3 512, so i want to make something different now, perhaps with a compact flash as mass storage media that has no need for a protective caddy. I just ordered a new motherboard from UK to replace my greyLid28 that has keyboard connector irreparably broken. Before buying anything else, first i want o check the functionality of the boards.

Just for knowing, how much will cost one of these stuffs shipped to italy ?

Not sure, since it would probubly fit in a small padded envelope.

Having mailed to the UK today, I know a US Postal Servie flat rate box to Europe is $13.95 USD
