I have tried searching the forum and either get no results found or "Could not find phrase 'invalid_search_query'." So I figured I would make a thread...

Hopefully someone will be able to help.

I have a CF-29HTQGZBM-BIP, and I can't get the (up/down) scroll to work on the touch pad, when I move my finger up and down on the right of the pad the mouse doesn't move, and it appears to be in the "scroll" mode, but it doesn't scroll, has anyone experienced this, and does anyone know how to fix this.

I am using the OEM drivers that came with the computer for the touch pad/touchscreen.

    Any help would be great.

I have noticed that some Toughbooks are worn out when it comes to this....

    You have a few choices....

    1. You aren't pushing hard enough.

    2. The correct Touchscreen/Mouse drivers are not installed.

    3. The Touchpad scroll function works sporadically or not at all.

    4. The scroll function is not activated in the touchpad setup area.

Sometimes junk can get wedged underneath the touchpad on the scroll side. You may try fishing it out with a thin piece of plastic about the thickness of two sheets of paper.
