I have a CF30 MK1 (CF-30D) with Windows 7. It does not show the wifi card in the BIOS. It does however show it in the Device Manager in Windows. It comes up as an Intel 4965AG. It thinks the physical switch on the laptop is "off". The switch appears to work fine. It turns green when on, and when I turn if off the light goes off and the computer "Beeps" and remove the Bluetooth items from the Device Manager (But the Intel 4965AG always stays present).
Do I have a bad 4965AG card? Or is something else going on?

After you installed W7 did you load all the drivers ? Even the wireless switch driver.

Search for 4965AGN in upper right box.
This is an "old" issue....(lots of posts). This may be a non-Panasonic card....or one with one of the traces cut. Hard to say but there are lots of answers in the search that I defined. BTW searching for 4965AG only showed two responses.
What does your software switch say? ....right click on wireless icon.Shawn likes this. -
The CF-30D has no antennas, I have had a couple of them.
