Well I have a "Lucent Technologies" "WaveLan" "Turbo/IEEE" "SILVER" card, I believe it is from the nities (99) (lol, im old) and I also believe it retailed at around 299 - 499.

So has anyone ever heard of this card?

What are my chances of getting it to run under Win7.

    Motivation: external pigtail connector :).

    thanks

PS: I am the only one in the lab that can run the vacuum leak detector as I have the only laptop with a serial port :p

The issue with all old wireless cards is driver support
The old cisco cards in the cf-28's lacked updates for the changing security systems used in the newer access points , even the intel 2100b card has issues connecting ,unless the wirelss security settings are set to basic web
