    CF31 MK1 . No 4G Verizon issue

    Only seeing 3g in Verizon access manager. Thought it was cards, bought two more MC7750 Gobi 4000 cards from ebay refurbisher. The cards were pulled from working 4G Toughbooks on verizon network.

    Same issue, only getting 3g

    Then replaced internal antenna with the one in attached pictures.

    Please help! Anyone!! been working on this all week.

    ( Read other post about options in BIOS for WWAN settings. Being a MK1 I can not see those settings anywhere in bios. Possible .exe to fix this? )

    Yes, tried several different combos of Verizon software installs. Uninstalled old software, then reinstalled no difference.
