I have around 150 CF31 units that are missing the bluetooth cards. Looking at some MK1 and MK2 models, we find the part #'s (DFUP2007ZA(4) and DFUF1807ZB(4)) ... Heartland wants almost $130 for the card and $7 for the antenna. I'm find with the antenna pricing, but $130 per card is a bit steep. Does anyone have alternative suggestions? Will and Bluetooth card from any CF31 model work for me? Basically, I'm looking for some alternatives to spending over $20k with Heartland.

You may have to look into a usb Bluetooth dongle. Some of these will fit under the port cover.

So I would just need this card in lieu of the normal wifi card? I'm assuming there is a bluetooth antenna cable I would need to connect to it as well then?

I strongly suggest that if you plan on reselling these 150 units that you do it right with the proper Bluetooth card.
Otherwise you WILL end up with a lot of angry customers and returns to pay out.
I have bluetooth only cards that will fit in the WWAN slot, BUT when your customers wants bluetooth AND 4g WWAN, he will be p*ssed that he loses bluetooth.
Bite the bullet and do it right if you are selling them.
If they are for your own use then the mini bluetooth usb is the quick answer.
The 6235 as a replacement in the wifi slot will not give you bluetooth. Been there tried that with MANY cards of all brands.
A wifi/bluetooth card in the wwan slot will get bluetooth but that card will not get wifi. You need to leave the orginal card in also to have wifi and bluetooth in my tests.
