    Did the CF31 mk4 come with a Win 10 option if so does say Heartland sell the recovery disc's.

    You will need handy the complete model number and serial number

    Ok thanks, I haven't got a machine yet. I'm looking around for one that will clean up nice and hasn't been abused. It doesn't matter if it has no hard drive or caddie. I suppose I should go on the buying bit.
