    I just received recovery DVD's for a CF31.
I explored the disks before I installed them. They do have Win7 32bit and 64 bit on them.
The unit I recovered had 8gb ram. When it was done, I checked and it auto installed 64bit.
Can I choose 32 or 64bit? If I can, Where and how?
It's a spare drive and caddy, so I will leave 64bit for now.
I did a mk1 a while ago and noticed the recovery DVD recreated the hidden recovery partition also.

The recovery image is for multiple models. 19, 31 and 53....

When I did my 53 I never did check what it did install. It's when I made the backup disk it asked me which one....32bit or 64bit.

I was poking around the BIOS on the mk2 I am repairing and noticed the recovery option appeared in the BIOS after the DVD was run.
I think I remember having the 32 or 64bit option from the BIOS recovery.

That is something I never noticed on my 19MK5 or 53MK1 but was not looking for it either. Will have to check.
