    As title. Is the SSD and RAM accessible on these units?

    For SSD as far as i know any full lenght m.2 SATA based one(not nvme) should work. I am using an ATP branded one in my CF-20 instead of the samsung it came with and it works fine. For RAM as it is almost as thin as the CF-20, it is most likely soldered on the motherboard as well.
