    CF52 fan always on

    Is it normal? The fan speeds up and slows down but it is always on.

    The CPU core temp is reported 52C. That's after 5mins good load.

    Sounds alright to me and the temp is about what mine runs , it's not loud is it.

    The fan is not noisy at all - it's actually very quiet.

    What bothers me is that on my previous laptop the fan was running "on demand" (when the temp is raising) and when the computer was idle it was shut off...

    Anyway, thanks guys!
