    Has anyone messed about with eboostr or supercache?

    I was reading the ssd optimization link given in another thread which cause me to start googling about this n that so I found some of the other thing....

    I have tried eboostr and made the mistake of when I first tried it I used it on my CF-28. It ran very slow, it was the USB 1.1 that did it. Make sure you use it on a 2.0 connection and use fast flash memory or it will bog it down too.

    that's the one. usually the "optimization guides" tell you to do all those things I already do, that you should do anyway, for any system. I read through it and got excited because it indicates items that are ousidethe scope of most guides of it's nature....
