    Calibration Tool

    anybody ever dealt with a faulty calibration tool on the 73 MK5 My touchscreen works but the calibration tool wont open error, cant open driver. Help

    Try opening the application directly in the C:utilitys/touchscreen driver folder

    I did that and it gives an error message: Cant open driver

    TC - you need to delete twillingham's double post in the CF-18 calibration thread as he asking the same question there.

    twillingham - download the touchscreen driver package again

    then go through the install process again as it sounds like the driver package is corrupted

    that is the driver package i already installed from the website. I must be corrupt for the MK5 How can I delete the touchscreen driver and then reinstall it

    completely download the driver package again from the Panny website. When it asks if you want to replace the one already there, click yes. Go to the package and do the self install again with it going to the util2 folder. Go to the util2 folder and do the install again. You should not have to delete the previous driver as the new will install over it. You just need to make sure everything that is in the package (drivers, registry entries and what not) are installed. From what yours is doing, something somewhere did not install correctly.
