Hi all,
I have a Panasonic CF-T7 Toughbook that I just did a factory restore on. Before doing so, I was running XP and everything worked fine. I used the recovery disk and installed Vista Business (I know, I know). Everything is fine except the calibration on the touchscreen is now off and I can't get the calibration utility to work. It opens and says touch the "X" but when I try it doesn't accept the inputs. I called Panasonic support who are a bunch of idiots and they insist it's a hardware issue. It's not. I tried using the disk on another toughbook and same thing. I now have two toughbooks with the same issue. The calibration is fine at the bottom of the screen but as you get closer to the top it becomes off by almost an inch. I tried downloading a driver off the Panasonic website and when I go to install it it says not compatible with my model even though it's the exact driver for my model. Anyway, this is frustrating and no help is coming from Panasonic. Please help if you can.
Thanks,
Greg
