    Well first off you would need about a 10 meter dish.
    At transceiver running at 2041.95 MHz LHCP uplink, command
    2217.50 MHz LHCP downlink, telemetry
    Then maybe get Jeff Goldblum and his mini Mac laptop to communicate
    with it (Like he did in Independence Day) and you might be all set :thumbsup: :D
