Try disabling gps in the bios and see if bluetooth works then.
-
The bluetooth has always worked but it just find my interface , ive disabled the gps but it still doesnt work
-
Did you disable the gps in the BIOS or just turn it off with software?
What is the diagnostic hardware//software? -
Yeah disabled in bios , its a delphi bluetooth diagnostic vci module , it worked fine and the all of a sudden it stopped picking it up :-( even tried putting a new blue tooth pcb in and that dindnt work either
-
I would uninstall all bluetooth software and drivers, then reinstall them.
-
I think you've disconnected bluetooth antenna for easier gps installation. Disassemble and check it.

Good thought. It would be easy to disconnect the bluetooth antenna and not realize it.

Ive done a complete re install of windows , -and tried doing the drivers etc , picks up my phone but not the interface so cant be the bluetooth wire , the interface picks up okay on another cf 19 and another laptop just not mine
