One of my biggest problems with my 18 was getting my GPS to work properly. If you go to the TB site, the 18's have a GPS fix in them. You have to download the on/off GPS app. Install the app, turn it ON. Off is on and on was OFF. ???? Then, when you have this off, you need to disable the serial ballpoint. Yes... Then, when I used MS Streets and trips, I ran a config for devices, it found many, but only like 2, maybe 3 with GPS. Start at the low end of the com ports and go up. Make sure your outside, clear view of sky, so it can detect satellites. Works like a charm. Problem you may have is when the MS ballpoint thing is up and running, you cannot control the mouse. In this case, go to bios, disable GPS temporarily, do the app, set the disable, reboot, back to bios and turn GPS back on. Good luck and use the search from db.... It will help you also. Once it was done, it works flawlessly.
