Hello all,
I couldn't get the configurator to work, although the other threads said it was working... anyway. I have this CF30 here at work and I would like to know what this model number decodes to:
CF-30FTSSQAM
Anyone know?
Thanks for your help

You need to use Internet Exploder; the ToughBook Configurator is de-optimized for use with civilized browsers.

Micro$uck tried to make a standards-compliant browser not too long ago... All their 'tard clients whinged until they broke it again. -

Model Number Not found. [CF-30FTSSQAM]
However, I have read CF-29 Model Numbers from the BIOS screen and the Configurator gave the same type response when queried. -
Model Not Found in both Pana IE and Firefox. Is this the model # from your first bios screen?
