Mine has 1 PCMCIA and 1 express slot on the right side. The door/cover is really small so it would be hard to see in a photograph.

I think your best bet is the sierra aircard 860 or 850 ( depending if you are in Europe or US)
It fits completely in the pcmcia slot even with the door closed

The CF 29 does not support a Express card

Mine is very noticeably faster with the 256GB Samsung 830 SSD. Newegg had them for really cheap a while ago, less than 75 cents per GB shipped. I put one in the CF-30 MK3 and one in the CF-52. I REALLY like my CF-52.

I have a Intel series 320 160GB and it boots into windows in 28-34 seconds. It opens and runs all programs so much faster that I have upgraded all my Toughbooks to SSD.

That free internet opportunity is 256kb/s that offer ~ 32kB/s its seems like I wait that long for load the page. I think is good there are free internet SIM cards given for interested users but also after readed few pages of PCMCIA cards there are not working at all operators!

The one i send you from Ebay will work in Europe, i had one in my former CF 29, and it worked in Belgium, France, Netherland and Germany>
It is also fast enough to surf the internet (not streaming video)
Btw, what country are you in ?

I am from country where 'Little Town' means all country :)
