    Cf-c1b no wwan option iin bios ,use spgobi2?

    I have a cf-c1b,and want to use a mc8355 card(gobi3000),but it can`t be display in device manager when i install it into the slot ,there is no any option about wwan in bios.i know a software named”spgobi2” to resolve this problem for gobi2000,is there any software for gobi3000?

    C1's don't use the SPGOBI2 period.

    There is a password that you need to unlock it.

    i used SPGOBI2 in dos mode,there notified the software can`t use in this platform

    You mean C1mk2 don't use SPGOBI2. Probably the same issue with 31mk1, 19mk5+, etc.

    I've used it on my C1mk1 (and CF19mk4), in DOS mode, in order to unlock WWAN.

    Can you offer the WWAN module install/activation service (i.e. RuggedDepot has that password) or only Heartlands has it ?

    Rugged Depot can set it all up, if I am right some one else was looking and Rob said they can do it.

    They are a company that sells Toughbooks and service / repair them. They are a reseller

    I am not in USA, so can`t send my CF-C1B to you for repair. can you do it by remote control ? or give me some software so i can do it by myself ?

    It's at the hardware level. You HAVE to send it to us. We would also need the GOBI card you're trying to install. If it helps any, I can provide you a fedex label. We get a CRAZY good price on shipping so it won't cost too much to ship it on our account.
