C1's don't use the SPGOBI2 period.
There is a password that you need to unlock it.
Sorry. -

i used SPGOBI2 in dos mode, there notified the software can`t use in this platform

You mean C1mk2 don't use SPGOBI2. Probably the same issue with 31mk1, 19mk5+, etc.
I've used it on my C1mk1 (and CF19mk4), in DOS mode, in order to unlock WWAN.
Can you offer the WWAN module install/activation service (i.e. RuggedDepot has that password) or only Heartlands has it ? -

I work for and represent Rugged Depot.
Yes, I can install it for you for $79.
Thanks! -

I am not in USA, so can`t send my CF-C1B to you for repair. can you do it by remote control ? or give me some software so i can do it by myself ?

 Nope,
It's at the hardware level. You HAVE to send it to us. We would also need the GOBI card you're trying to install. If it helps any, I can provide you a fedex label. We get a CRAZY good price on shipping so it won't cost too much to ship it on our account.
Thanks!
Cf-c1b no wwan option iin bios ,use spgobi2?
