Hey - what's the model number of the unit. Chances are if you're in Poland it'll be a European model in which case you'll need Mobilink installed. The physical WWAN module sits inside the screen lid at the top, next to where you insert the SIM card.

If I remember correctly, you can get Mobilink to work under Windows 7 with some faffing with compatibility modes, but if not you can always do the install for Mobilink to install the drivers, and then use Windows DUN to establish the connection rather then the Moblink connection manager.

I have a CF-T7 and have had a problem with touch screen calibration on WIN 7 since it works but it will not align the cursor with the touch (not accurate). Apart from that I have made it detect perfectly all drivers no problem. As for the WWAN, yes it is located on the back and can be installed purchasing one from ebay... have a look. They say it is compatible with this units:
    Panasonic ToughBook CF-T7, CF-W7, CF-Y7, CF-18, CF-29
    ToughBook 74

Dell Wireless 5520 Mobile Broadband 3G HSDPA WWAN Card - eBay (item 220694882334 end time Feb-07-11 20:06:34 PST)

Also check your mobile technology for the right WWAN

That chip will work fine in Europe (and thus Poland!), the EU870D is the chip Panasonic used to use in Toughbooks before the switch to Gobi chips. (PS. check the aerial connectors are there ready to connect to the EU870D).

Try this driver from Fujitsu. A similar file worked for me on a CF-T5 with Vista 32bit. The correct Panasonic driver would not work.

    Win7 32bit:
Touch Panel Driver Software : Fujitsu United States

    Win7 64bit:
Touch Panel Driver Software : Fujitsu United States
