    specialized/customized edition for the honda shop/field techs ?
    if it had elastomeric coatings these would help prevent sliding of the laptop and scratching of the customer's vehicle .

    That's exactly what I was hoping for, but Barrmaley is probably correct in it being a decal..
    I think it would look better if the background on the Honda badge was standard satin black to match the rubber corners.

    I'm not buying it....I'm too poor and cheap for that..

    .I just saw it on the bay and if it was elastomeric it would be a kinder gentler version of a B H Toughbook that we were talking about on the other forum.
