I decided just for kicks to see if the grungy looking palmrest on my CF-28 was the result of years of wear and abuse, or just years and years of filth. So I got out the sponge, got it wet then wrung out all the water, and went to scrubbing.

To my surprise, it turns out it's years of greasy palms and filth that's making my palmrest look nowhere near it's former glory. As I'm scrubbing, I'm finding that the scratchy part on the backside works well to remove the dirt, but it's leaving hairline scratches on the palmrest.

I'm wondering if anyone has tried cleaning it and found anything besides a scrub sponge, soap, and elbow grease, more useful and quicker to clean with......
