Yeah, well... the reason the cheapies crash is BECAUSE they're that cheap. They aren't really a helicopter; more like a p!ssed-off bumblebee and about as easy to make go where you want them. A real RC helicopter actually has a cyclic and collective; the better ones control the cyclic baseline automatically by referencing against the gyro.

It really sucks for the first-timer; they go and buy one of these cheapies that's almost impossible to control, crash it the first time and go "BLEEPITY-BLEEEEP-BLEEEEP! BLEEP that... there's NO WAY I'm going to spend the money for a REAL one!!!"

The cheapies CAN be flown... and flown well. But only by someone who already has some experience with model rotary-wing aircraft to begin with. Well, them and a few "Twitch" FPS gamer freaks whose normal mode of operation is "6 cups of coffee, two Red Bulls and now I'm vibrating like a chainsaw... let's go fly a toy helicopter! ZZZINNNNNNNNGGGG!"

That one looks just like the one I picked up here in Dubai and brought home. Here out at the outlet mall that size is around 76 USD. Mine is a little different. Mine the bottom rotors has a arm on it to flex them to make it turn and go forward and back, the rear rotor is just for looks. That one has just the turned tail rotor to make it go back and forth. I have crashed mine a few times. The blades repair well heating them back together with a soldering gun and using zip ties as a welding rod to strengthen them up at the broke spot. Also different models can be used to repair each other. A lot of them are the same, just use different colors and names.
