    Guys,

    I'm still fighting with Comcast about the failing internet line that runs Toughbooktalk.

    I've been disconnected 4 times now even from calling them and am on hold currently. This has been going on since about 4PM yesterday.

    There is nothing I can do to control it :(

    Do you have the Motorola Surfboard?
    If you do go to http://192.168.100.1 and check the status, the signal, and the logs.
    If you see anything wrong then bring it to their attention.
    If you are using their modem, then why? Go buy your own damn modem, that you have control over.

    I can't activate what I can't access because the interneet is down.

    It's back up now. Not sure for how long but for sure it's working now!

    Nope. This is for basic home modems. I'm on a business line. I can access the modem to see issues too. i can also reboot remotely through my cell phone.

    It's back up now.
