How often is the idea of trading/selling between forum members floated? Here's what a newbie sees...

Modly appears to have stuck his neck out and generously provided digital resources for all. What about hardware? Am I missing something?
If the idea isn't floated very often I'd like to ask... Why?
Again to a newbie, the Panasonic forum appears to have an active, very competent core of users. Seems ripe for the opportunity to pool resources and NOT have to go to the Man (external auctions, etc) for everything.
Floating idea now, hoping the current will take it to a better place. Thank you.

There are several members here who can supply parts and entire machines if asked. I have aquired parts from a couple of them and am well pleased.
You can figure out who is who after being around for a while.
PM is a wonderful thing.
I have also sold a computer here to another inmate. No prob.
You just kind of have to either ask if someone has a part available, or if you have something to sell, just make a post [with a picture and price to appease the forum gods-Not our personal one-i.e. Toughbook].
Just gotta ask

I can aska bout a Buy-Sell-Trade thread that could be stickied to the top. I don't think Andrew would have a problem with it as long as forum rules were followed. (See FAQ)
I'll PM him tomorrow and let you all know. -
