CF-30F is a Mk2. I doubt you'll find a Mk2 or Mk3 for $800. IMO, if the computer is in good condition, you got a decent deal.

Look again db04p71. He got a MK1 in place of a MK 2. OBD2 if I were you and you want to keep the one you got, get with the seller, tell him/her that you did not get what you thought you were getting and ask for an adjustment on the price. If you got it from eBay, you can open a case with them stating you didn't get what you bought. They can help you get a price adjustment.

OBD2, you did get some nice features on the MK1.

The OP stated that he got a Mk 1 instead of a "MK 3 .CF30FTSAZAE-BP". I said that a CF-30F is a Mk2. Either way, he probably will not find a Mk2 or Mk3 for $800.

Looks like they sent you a MK1 then??? I would personally return it and wouldn't take ANYTHING but a MK2 or later because of the damn touchscreen problems!

It seams the CF-30 MK1's had more of a problem than the rest. Mine is a MK1 and last year it had the touch screen replaced on it. The CF-29 MK4/5 also have touchscreen problems and that is why many try to pickup MK1/2's just to swap the screen

God no! Only the MK1's. They fixed it in the MK2's

Here is a list (haven't we already gone over this like 100 times???) of models affected with touch problems:

    CF-29 MK2, MK3, MK4, MK5
    CF-30 MK1
    CF-74 MK1

    Also,

    CF-18, all marks,
CF-19, mark 1, Possibly mark 2, not 100% on that one,

And pretty much anything from the CF-29/18 time frame including the lets note and business lite weight units.
