Hi All,
I've owned a CF-27, a CF-28, CF-M34 and most recently a CF-18 (Which you guys helped me fix the sound on, thanks again!).
I've got 3 Panasonic chargers which all work for the first 3 mentioned above, but not the CF-18. The CF-18 charger I have has a different tip to the others. It's a cheap Hong Kong Ebay multi-tip unit by the looks of it and the tip supplied doesn't fit very well into my CF-18. It keeps losing it's connection and needs a nudge every now and then to keep it charging.
I've had a look on ebay, but have yet to find a CF-18 charger at a reasonable price. I've heard that an IBM Thinkpad charger will do the job as it has the same spec and tip, is this true?. There are plenty of these about.
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks,
Stront.

You can use IBM adaptor with FRU P/N: 02K6557 an output of 16Vdc, 3.36A. I still have one of this as I use to cf-18 for travelling before. But the cf-18 unit was gone/sold long time ago.
