    can get a nice deal on a lower speced cf28 and was wondering if these ever came with wifi cards or at least the wifi slot

    Only a few of the latest Mk3's came with wifi, and it was only the older wifi "B" using the Cisco 350 series PC card in the hidden internal PC card slot. Easiest DIY method is to add a standard PC card wifi. The 3Com XJack us a nice choice because the antenna slides inward so you can close the PC card door when not using the wifi.

    You can install a nice internal miniPCI wifi card like the 600mW Engenius 8602+S, but a good antenna takes creativity since the metal case blocks the signal.
