I got restore disks from the seller when i purchased my CF-31. They were Win 7 x64 disks, and were a little old because it was not even with SP1. Ive got all the windows updates done, but it got me wondering if any of the panasonic drivers needed to be updated. So far, everything seems to be working as it should. Aside from looking each driver up manually and checking its version to the one listed on the panasonic site, is there a way to do a driver update?

The all in one driver bundle download does not have a release date or version listed for it either.......

    Am i just splitting hairs?

    yeppers ...
don't engineer it right off the air .

some folks (myself among them) are very picky when it comes to the windblows updates .
there are those *other* updates ... they can include video drivers and chip drivers , etc .
ask some people what happens when windows "gets it wrong" and this is easier to do with panasonic machines .
personally , i do not let WU choose any drivers for me , of any kind .
as panasonic machines are throttled and a few other things that they do to them involving black voodoo ...
it is best to use drivers that are based upon this .
i go right to the source and check , but usually it is a case of "if it's working leave it alone" .

do not use one of those "let us screw up ... eeerrrr ... update yer drivers and software" programs .
