Just got a CF-19 mk5. Used a restore disc to load Windows 7 64 bit. All was well until I upgraded toWindows 10 pro. Now I have an unknown in the device manager,PCI and input. Any idea of what driver did not load, or what I need to do to fix it. Tablet but tings are not working correct but hot keys are working.
    Thanks for your help

In previous versions of Windows, it was ETM or Intel Dynamic Power Performance Manager. Also known as Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver. It is supposed to be part of chipset driver as Shawn said if you can find the right one.

Check this page for Windows 10 mk7 one-click bundle download:

    https://pc-dl.panasonic.co.jp/itn/drivers/driver_packages.html#topic01

That is for mk 7, but may work. If that doesn't work, might try Windows 7 Intel Dynamic Power Performance Manager (in Sheepman's post) in compatibility mode.
