    Hi,

    Thought I'd share this . . I've just upgraded my toughbook from 40Gb HDD to 160Gb

    Found a really good free software prog. called HDClone from miray

    Just plugged the new drive in with an IDE-USB cable (cheap - from ebay), ran the program from within windows - copied everything bit for bit to the new drive even while windows was running !

    The just swapped drive into the Toughbook caddy and it booted first time perfectly!
