I'm after some help please with enabling WWAN on a CF-19KDRUX6M. BIOS version is v3.00L15.

I've installed an Ericsson F5521GW card from another CF19 Mk3 where it works with no problems. I have the dip switches set the same on both units (WWAN1 OFF OFF ON ON) but there is no option in BIOS even showing WWAN Enabled or Disabled.

I've tried all 3 combinations of the dip switches and tried a GOBI 1000 card with the same result.

I tried installing the driver but it wont install just giving a message not for this unit or similar

Have I missed a step or could it be a faulty motherboard?

Turn off your laptop, remove battery, disconnect ac power, press and hold the power button for ~30 seconds, release button, insert battery, switch your laptop back on. Check for the option in BIOS.

Same issue on an MK8, above mentioned fix did not work.

    Got another trick?

    Thanks!
