So we all know, you can't eat just one.
So here is a way to explain to your spouse how the "1" Toughbook (or TB item/part) that you purchased is actually 2 or 8. Let's assume that they are not mathematicians, in which case this will not work for you, sorry.
And to give credit where credit is due, this came from Trust Me, I'm an "Engineer" on facebook. really good stuff, btw.

1/3 = .333333333333333333333
2/3 = .666666666666666666666
3/3 = .999999999999999999999 - NOPE! -
Here's some more fuzzy, but ultimately correct math. (Just by the off chance you're reading this. I'm joking, honey.

And for the record, I'm getting this feeling in me gut that I'm either getting evicted and/or sleeping on the couch tonight. Sara's been reading TBT ever since she got her CF-19. Its not that far a stretch that she found NBR too. -

OK, not what I had intended, but fun anyway....
The "Salary Theorem" states that the more money you make, the less you know.
This theorem can now be supported by a mathematical equation based on the
following two postulates:
Postulate 1: Knowledge is power
Postulate 2: Time is money
As every engineer knows: Power = Work/Time
And since:
Knowledge = Power
Time = Money
Then:
Knowledge = Work/Money
Solving for money, we get:
Money = Work/Knowledge
Thus:
As Knowledge approaches zero, Money approaches infinity, regardless of the amount of work done.
Conclusion: The less you know, the more you make.
(i still think the above women theorems are better) -
Ya but troubles/problems is making home made yeast rolls as we speak. Factor that in.

Two are not all mine, but they keep coming back to me....
Extended family, visiting for the holidays, bring me broken electronics for me to fix. The one on the table is mine, the other two make #'s 7 and 8 for Christmas Season, so far.
