    Check this out guys.
It is a Dell part but since so many Toughbooks are used in industrial and automotive settings, it seems like it would be perfect for us. I have several ordered so I can put one in all of my "on the road" Toughbooks.

    Dell part number----M92YV-or- P2TC5

The memory card holder idea is five stars. Thanks Shawn.

The other one if only made of stainless steel would be handy to cut hay bale twine.....sharpen the angle area. Mad Scientist II ....if it can't be fixed with baling wire or more recently duct tape the prognosis is shaky.

I used a PCMCIA dual SD card holder similar to that traveling through Middle East customs. It had a lid on it though.

That's the one, same brand too. It has a plastic tray for dual SD cards, or remove the tray for something larger. If I would of thought they would of searched deep I would of got a split coin and at least a 32 GB micro SD card for really personal info and programs.
