    I have a CF-51RCLDFBM with PC2-4200 RAM.
    Can it take faster RAM?

    Thanks

I have used the pc2 6400 2GB with no Ill effects(crucial, hynix, samsung). Have used it with the cf-29 as well on the 256mb onboard non touchscreen models. with the cf-51 core duos that took the core 2 duo cpu upgrade the max ram was 4 GB of the 6400 ram................Driller

I thought since my CF-51 has a 667MHz FSB that 800MHz speed RAM would be the un-doable cut-off point. But your PC2-6400 is 800MHz.
