Got mine, Mark 3, 40 GB HDD. I got a 160 Samsung, now I am told the bios limits it to 40 gigs that it'll recognize?
I read all over and never found that-- my options? it isn't an sbc or one of those- CF-29 HTM50BM.

CF-29 HTM50BM - this IS an SBC one... off lease from PlanIT ROI...

It should work with a 160GB NO PROBLEM!

Great- about the HDD. What is the SBC issue? I thought they didn't have "TOUGHBOOK" decal on the monitor/ mine does.
It took another 1 GB of RAM no problem.
    -thanks-

Some that are sold through regular retailers have been "refurbished", and I use that term very loosely. The ones on Ebay almost never had the Toughbook logo. They were either blank, or some still had the SBC logo.
