This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I had to XXXXX out the link you put in. It discussed pirated software in a few places as well as torrents. The forum here has a pretty dim view of that so I had to XX it out. Sorry... :(

    Can you describe what it is without going into anything bad? (Stupid question... I know...

    Basicly it is changing a value in regedit to allow you to install the tablet utilities that are already on your XP Pro disk 2. Thats OK about the editing, The torrent had no serial so I thought it would be OK. Sorry.
